CT Member of Studio4 Designworks

Well, would you believe it?? At the beginning of  this month I applied for a place on the CT of Studio4 Designworks. Darlene Currie is such a wonderful, brilliant designer and I've admired her beautiful, colourful kits for quite some time. When DH and I came back from our short weekend break to the mountains in mid May I found the acceptance e-mail in my in-tray. Needless to say, I was dead chuffed! I'm just so pleased to be part of such a great team! The girls there are all so friendly and it's a lot of fun working with them.

Darlene has got so many gorgeous kits - it's quite hard to choose. Here are two of my favourites which I would like to show you and some LO's I did with them:

The first kit I've selected is called: "Girl's Night Out".

This collection has just the perfect touches of girly, friends, and fun! From girls outings, evenings in or out, to gatherings of any description - there is something for everyone in this kit! It's versatile for all the girls in your life! There are 20 - 12" x 12", 300 dpi papers, and 59 - 300 dpi png elements. Shadows are for preview purposes only. S4H/PU.

This kit is available at the following stores:

And here some LO's I made with this gorgeous kit:

The second kit is called: "A Woman's Work Bundle".

You'll be able to scrap all of your photos of you in the kitchen, doing chores, activities with your children or vintage photos of your parents or grandparents with this great combination. It's overloaded with 80 elements and 33 papers, plus the 4 Page Starters and FREEBIE Alpha - all at 300 dpi. The bundle is available at

A New Family Member

Last Tuesday Urs, Jürgen and I went to see Mrs. Müller and her 3-week old Landseer pups. We've been contemplating getting a puppy for nearly a year now and we've finally found just the breed for us. The Landseer is a rather large dog, fairly similar to the Newfoundland dog, but the colouring is black & white. They've got a very calm disposition and are very attached to their "people".

We immediately fell in love with a little girl, called Tabea. She's white, got a black spot right where her little tail starts and she's got the typical black Landseer mask. She'll be moving in with us in July but I'm sure we'll go and visit her and her beautiful parents quite often until then. Here are some photos we took of  Tabea, her mom Maya and her dad Douglas:

Hopes And Dreams by JanetB Designs

Janet of JanetB Designs has just finished this gorgeous new kit, called Hopes And Dreams. A soft, dreamy, romantic kit in soft neutral shades that will be usable any time of year and for any occasion. It is perfect for creating pages for your wedding album, wedding notepaper, shower invitations, and thank you cards since it has a few wedding-specific elements.  But it is equally usable for baby shower invitations, notecards, baby announcements, and any occasion where you want softer colors for your pages.

This collection is huge, and includes the kit with 12 papers and 30 elements, 2 different alphas with upper and lower case plus numbers and symbols, and a set of stacked papers. Everything was created at 300 dpi for beautiful printing.  The bundle has a PU-S4H license.

A matching set of glitter styles for Photoshop with an included set of seamless tiles for users of other software is available separately, and has a PU-CU license. The kit is available at Digidesignresort

Here are two LO's I've made with this really beautiful kit:
